DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) director Junel B. Soriano, together with the Department of Agriculture RFO X regional technical director (RTD) for Research and Regulations Corazon Dumayuca and RTD for Operations Carlota Madriaga, served as panelist in a consultation meeting on 11 October 2023 at Northern Mindanao Agricultural Crops and Livestock Complex, Dalwangan, Malaybay, Bukidnon.The said meeting aimed to finalize the joint proposal of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and DA-Northern Mindanao on the establishment of a Metropolitan Food and Agri-Based Products Cluster Approach in the region. Regional Development Council 10 endorsed the project to DA Central Office for possible inclusion in its 2025 priority projects under the Public Investment Program 2023-2028.
