DA-BAR recognized National Agriculture and Fisheries Technology Exhibition’s (NAFTE) most innovative research for development products and best booths on 17 August 2023 at Teacher’s Hall, Central Luzon State University (CLSU), Science City of Muñoz.
Benguet State University’s Chopseuy Chips was awarded the best product in the food category while DA-SOCCSKSARGEN’s Organically-grown Complete Ration Mix was bestowed the same distinction under the non-food category. Conferred as the best booth among the 30 participating exhibit booths was that of the DA-Cagayan Valley.
In recognition and appreciation of their invaluable partnership and support in the staging of the bureau’s NAFTE and 36th anniversary celebration, CLSU was given a certificate of appreciation. On behalf of the university, its president, Dr. Edgar Orden, received the award.
Participating institutions were likewise awarded with certificates for their support to the NAFTE.
DA-BAR director Junel B. Soriano, Program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Linkaging Division head Anthony B. Obligado, together with CLSU officials, led the awarding ceremony.
