Senator Cynthia A. Villar, represented by Mabel Esguerra, DA-BAR director and assistant director Junel B. Soriano and Joell H. Lales, respectively, and Central Luzon State University president Dr. Edgar A. Orden led the ribbon cutting ceremony and official launching of the bureau’s first National Agriculture and Fisheries Technology Exhibition on 15 August 2023 held in Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.

The exhibition, which will run until 17 August, provides a venue to about 30 partner-agencies to showcase their research for development initiatives and highlight innovative products  developed and validated  through research. Exhibitors include different DA attached bureaus and agencies, state universities and colleges, and private sector groups.

Best products and booths will be awarded during the closing ceremony on 17 August.
