The DA-BAR held its ceremonial turnover of leadership from former OIC-director and now OIC-assistant director Joell H. Lales to the newly re-appointed director Dr. Junel B. Soriano on 9 May 2023 in Diliman, Quezon City.

The program also awarded the certificates of commendation to former OIC-director Lales, former assistant director and now Research Coordination Division (RCD) head Anthony B. Obligado, PhD, former RCD OIC-head and now the RCD assistant head Julia H. Lapitan, and Amavel A. Velasco, former RCD OIC-assistant head.
