DA-Caraga regional technical director for Research and Regulation Abel F. Wagas paid a courtesy visit to DA-BAR OIC-director Joell H. Lales on 5 May 2023.

Dir. Wagas showcased the tableya cacao tablets, a product developed by Lisbos Cacao Trading based in Bacuag, Surigao del Norte through the department’s R4D support. Said product has already obtained License to Operate and Certificate of Product Registration from the Food and Drug Administration.
