DA-Davao Region officials led by senior science research specialist Grace Gutierrez paid a courtesy visit to DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) OIC-director Joell Lales on 27 January 2023 at the Office of the Director, RDMIC Building, Quezon City.

The visit discussed the region's proposed R4D collaborative programs on corn and soybean farming using the stripping process or planting corn and soybean in alternating columns which gives better income to farmers.

DA-Davao region science research assistant Gladys Lynn Flores and project assistant Kissy Orillo; and DA-BAR Research Coordination Division assistant head Amavel Velasco also attended the meeting.
