Before the year ends, DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research held its 2023 PCR Target Setting Workshop cum Program Planning held at the Development Academy of the Philippines in Tagaytay City and via Cisco Webex on 2-4 November 2022.
The activity aimed to set and finalize targets for the 2023 success and performance indicators of the divisions, units, and the DA-BAR’s overall commitments anchored in its strategic plan. Major activities and ways forward were discussed in support of enhancing the bureau’s technical and administrative operations for the succeeding year.
Participating in this event are division and unit heads, planning report officers, and selected staff. The activity was guided by the Performance Management Team and organized by the Planning and Monitoring Unit andthe Human Resource Management Unit as the team secretariat.
