The enactment of RA 10848: An Act Further Extending the Period of Implementation of the Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (ACEF) extended ACEF’s utilization until 2022 and allocated its 10% for grants for the research and development (R&D) activities.
The DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research is tasked as the secretariat for the ACEF R&D Component. It handles the (a) screening and evaluation of project proposals; and (b) monitoring and evaluation of approved projects.
